The BEST 2000
The BEST 2000 is the most widely used EIA processor in the UK and
Ireland with more than 100 hundred units sold. The four plate system
can quickly process up to 48 different assays simultaneously, the
modular design allows for flexible configuration and rapid repair
on the rare occurrence of component failure.
Quality and security of results are ensured by bar code identification, LIS interface option, electronic signature pipetting (detects RBC clots, froth and fibrin clots), low pipetting CV’s, reagent addition monitor, super sweep plate washing and full Quality Control software features.
The user friendly software utilizes wizard and on-line assistance, a scheduler for graphical representation of the assay process, intelligent error recovery, continuous loading with real multitasking, advanced data reduction and QC features and maintains the system to reduce hands on daily maintenance to less than 5 minutes.
